1-1 Coaching

1-1 coaching is an opportunity for personalized sessions responsive to your specific needs and goals.

You will receive guidance and techniques that will deepen your understanding of mindfulness and meditation and enable you to build and sustain a practice.

Sessions will be offered in a series, (ex: Beginner Series), topical, (ex: Working with Resistance or Techniques for Managing Difficult Emotions), and ongoing basis.
