This interactive training equips learners with a foundational understanding of mindfulness and meditation, and an array of techniques to generate awareness of the mind, body, and emotional realm.
All sessions have a teaching component, guided meditation, and opportunity for discussion and reflection. The final session supports participants in setting up their own practice, and everyone will have access to recordings and other resources. The group has the option of selecting the full training, or specific topics within the training.
